Drizzling silver drops,
Green shoots from the chestnut buds,
Four hens scour the grass.

Spring in the Beaujolais

The almond blossom is just floating down,
the peach orchard's almost into flower,
the magnolias are magnificent.
The sunshine is warm and the wine is cool.
